Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item within 14 days of purchase, you may return the item for either a replacement item, a credit or a full refund, provided the items are returned in their original condition. We may ask that you fill in a short questionnaire so we can understand how to better service you in the future.
Awesomic.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Awesomic.com.au.
